Earth Foundation Conservation Society started in 2008 as a project to promote environmental conservation through art and murals. Since then we have come to realize that there are other elements of our community and our world that are equally important. As each of our many projects has taken place it has become clear that there is a natural gravitation of community to our projects that goes beyond the original messaging that we had originally communicated though our designs and mural themes. As our projects have taken us into so many different neighbourhoods it has become unmistakably clear that children, youth and community are such an important part of this world and have become key points of focus in the work that we do.
As we continue to have our programs bring neighbourhoods and communities together through the collaborative creation of large-scale murals, we continue to work with young people of all demographics in changing their lives and changing their communities through large scale murals.
With the support of local businesses, community groups, government, youth groups and schools, Earth Foundation Conservation Society has worked with over 5000 young people, transforming more than 50 ordinary walls, into amazing larger than life art pieces.
